Exchange Policy
OTCOMP has a 21-day exchange policy for damaged or defective merchandise (where the defect or damage was not caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect) with exchange for like item. Some items contain longer free replacement periods according to the warrantee page. All return shipments must have an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number, which can be obtained by filling out an RMA request here. After receiving an RMA # the return should be sent to. (See note on unauthorized returns below)

The RMA # must be clearly written on the outside of the box for it to be accepted. Returns that do not include all peripherals may be returned to the customer or charged on a per item basis.
Non-Defective Exchanges
Any exchanges found to be non-defective are subject to a technical bench fee of $15.00 and all non-product-related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%, in addition to applicable shipping, transaction and insurance fees.
Unauthorized Exchanges
OTCOMP cannot accept unauthorized exchanges. Packages without a Return Authorization Number (RMA) will be refused or shipped back at the customers expense.
Refused Shipments
Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%, in addition to applicable shipping, transaction and insurance fees.
Software
Most software cannot be exchanged due to sensitivity of key codes listed on packaging material. Defective software may be eligible for exchange with same product on a case by case basis.
Hardware
Opened Hardware cannot be returned except for exchange or store credit. All returns will be fully inspected after they arrive in our warehouse. All Items must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, and any peripherals. Any return that is not in an as new condition with any of the above Items missing or damaged will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Shipping
Products will ship within 2-3 business days of credit card authorization and screening, based on availability. If you need an item shipped “Same Day” please call and talk to a sales representative. This may be available for an additional charge depending on the item. We ship Ground, 3day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. We do not guarantee delivery in that time frame only that we will ship it based on those instructions. No credit will be given for shipping on items that arrive late as long as the item was shipped correctly based on your instructions. A $10.00 charge will be assessed by us for incorrect shipping information.
